History

Chitwan Medical College was set up in the year 2006 by the International Society for Medical Education Pvt. Ltd. The college began its program for nursing in 2006 while the program for MBBS was introduced in the year 2009 starting with an intake of 80 students. Currently, Chitwan Medical College has a 750-bedded teaching hospital.
