Admission Process of Institute Of Medicine

Step 1: Eligibility Check

Confirm you meet all academic, age, and NEET requirements before proceeding.

Step 2: Application Submission

Apply with the help of Mycareerpathshala, the best study abroad counsellor. Applications typically open in August–September (Bhadra month in the Nepali calendar). Fill in personal and academic details accurately.

Step 3: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates must submit original documents for verification by IOM/MEC authorities.

Step 4: Admission Letter

Based on NEET rank and MECEE score, IOM prepares a merit list. Shortlisted candidates receive an admission offer/letter.

Step 5: Fee Payment

Seat confirmation is completed upon payment of the prescribed fees in accordance with IOM's official payment schedule.

Step 6: Visa & Travel Assistance

Indian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Nepal.. Foreign nationals other than Indians should obtain a student visa from the Nepalese embassy in their home country. IOM and affiliated consultants assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.

Step 7: University Enrollment

Complete final enrollment formalities on campus. Academic sessions typically commence in September.
